1. Delivery Options
We offer both domestic and international shipping. You may also choose in-store pickup or arrange for personal delivery within Kuala Lumpur upon request.

2. Processing Time
All bespoke and made-to-order items require 14–21 working days for production. Ready-made items will be processed within 3–5 business days.

3. Shipping Time
• Malaysia: 1–3 business days via local courier
• International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may apply for selected promotional items.

5. Tracking
All parcels include a tracking number. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your item is shipped.

6. Customs & Duties
For international orders, WH BESPOKE is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays due to customs inspections.
