Our bespoke package includes personal consultation, fabric selection, body measurements, garment construction, fittings and final completion. Each garment is created exclusively for you.

Book a private consultation at our Kuala Lumpur showroom for fabric selection, design consultation and professional measurements.

Global Online Bespoke
For clients outside Kuala Lumpur, our team can guide you remotely through fabric selection, design and measurements, followed by measurement review, production and worldwide delivery.

Do I need to visit the studio?

Not necessarily. Local and visiting clients may book a private studio consultation, while international clients can complete the consultation, design and measurement process remotely.

For certain garments, body types or fitting requirements, our team may recommend an in-studio fitting.

How are online measurements taken?

We provide a guided remote measurement process. Measurements are reviewed by the WH Bespoke team before production begins, and we will contact you if any measurement requires clarification.

How many fittings are required?

In-studio bespoke orders typically include one to two fittings, depending on the garment and client.

For online orders, our team reviews the measurements before production and provides remote fitting guidance where required.

Can I order completely online?

Yes. Selected WH Bespoke garments can be ordered remotely, from consultation and fabric selection through measurements, payment and worldwide delivery.

Our team will advise you if a particular commission requires an in-studio fitting.

How long does production take?

Bespoke Suit typically require approximately 4 to 6 weeks after measurements and confirmation of design.
Bespoke Shirt & Toursers typically require approximately 7-10 working days after measurements and confirmation of design.

Do you offer express service?

Express production may be available upon request depending on schedule availability. Express charges apply.

Can alterations be made after delivery?

Yes. Minor adjustments are provided to ensure the final fit meets our standards.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

As all bespoke garments are individually made, returns or refunds are not applicable. However, fittings and adjustments are part of our commitment to achieving the correct fit.

Do you provide shipping?

Yes. Local and international delivery arrangements can be made upon request.
