Final adjustments made, then your suit is ready for collection or delivery.

What is included in a bespoke package?

Our bespoke package includes personal consultation, fabric selection, body measurements, garment construction, fittings and final completion. Each garment is created exclusively for you.

How does the bespoke process work after I place an order?

Once your order is confirmed, you will be guided to select an appointment time through our scheduling system.

Do I need to visit the studio after purchasing a Bespoke Jacket or package online?

Yes. After purchasing, simply book your appointment via our calendar to visit our studio and claim your bespoke consultation.

Do I need an appointment before visiting?

Yes. All visits are by appointment to ensure dedicated consultation time for every client.

How many fittings are required?

Typically one to two fittings are required depending on the garment and adjustments needed.

Can I customise my design?

Yes. You may customise fabric, silhouette, lapel style, lining and finishing details based on your preference and lifestyle.

Delivery & Returns

How long does production take?

Bespoke Suit typically require approximately 4 to 6 weeks after measurements and confirmation of design.
Bespoke Shirt & Toursers typically require approximately 7-10 working days after measurements and confirmation of design.

Do you offer express service?

Express production may be available upon request depending on schedule availability. Express charges apply.

Can alterations be made after delivery?

Yes. Minor adjustments are provided to ensure the final fit meets our standards.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

As all bespoke garments are individually made, returns or refunds are not applicable. However, fittings and adjustments are part of our commitment to achieving the correct fit.

Do you provide shipping?

Yes. Local and international delivery arrangements can be made upon request.
