How many fittings are required?
Typically one to two fittings are required depending on the garment and adjustments needed.
Can I customise my design?

How long does production take?
Bespoke Suit typically require approximately 4 to 6 weeks after measurements and confirmation of design. Bespoke Shirt & Toursers typically require approximately 7-10 working days after measurements and confirmation of design.
Do you offer express service?
Express production may be available upon request depending on schedule availability. Express charges apply.
Can alterations be made after delivery?
Yes. Minor adjustments are provided to ensure the final fit meets our standards.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
As all bespoke garments are individually made, returns or refunds are not applicable. However, fittings and adjustments are part of our commitment to achieving the correct fit.
